The Shell Tower is designed to have a double curvature facade skin.
The challenge of this magnificent project is that no member is identical to another. It all carries a single layer space frame for the glazing, panels, and shading. All the glass panels are designed to be ”cold-bent” on erection. The project is ongoing, started in December 2020 with a timeline to complete the whole envelope in January 2021.
